Who Are the Parties

  • The Customer: The individual making the donation.

  • Pushkar Children Trust: The NGO receiving the donation.

Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via MobilePay, Vipps, or credit/debit card.

Delivery Terms

  • If the customer provides a valid email address, a digital donation certificate can be sent.

Right of Withdrawal

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days.

  • The period begins on the day the donation is made.

  • To withdraw, you must notify us by email or phone before the withdrawal period ends.

Refund Policy

  • If withdrawal is notified within the valid time frame, the donation will be refunded to the original payment account.

Complaint Handling

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing by email.

  • A written response will be sent via email.

Dispute Resolution
